Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Audit Manager to join our esteemed team in Adelaide. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality audit reports and providing guidance to junior team members.

  • They will possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving skills are essential in identifying and mitigating financial risks.
  • Experience with proprietary global audit methodologies and the latest technology is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage a team of auditors to complete an effective audit process, ensuring that all deadlines are met and high-quality work is delivered.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to identify and report on client financial risks relevant to external financial reporting requirements.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams and clients to identify business development opportunities that add value.
  4. Mentor and develop team members on each project engagement, fostering growth and skills development.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an Audit Manager in a mid-tier or Big 4 professional services firm.
  • CA qualified or hold a similar relevant overseas qualification.
  • Excellent communication and consultation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver engagements on time.
  • Problem solving and analytical capabilities, with the ability to identify and mitigate financial risks.
