External Audit Coordinator

The Assistant Manager will play a key role in supporting our analysts to produce high-quality financial audits, focusing on developing their analytical and technical skills.
This role involves assisting with the conduct of external financial audits, building relationships with clients, and leading on some client projects. You will collaborate closely with partners and managers to deliver exceptional audit results.
Key Responsibilities:- Assisting with the execution of external financial audits
- Developing client relationships with a diverse group of clients
- Opportunity to lead on some client projects and enhance your technical expertise
- Local, intrastate, and interstate travel may be required
- Completed CA or CPA qualification
- At least 3 years prior experience in external audit within an Australian accounting practice
- Completed bachelor's degree or higher majoring in Accounting
- Able to develop strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of technical knowledge
- Experience working with clients from the Manufacturing, transport, and large NFP sectors is advantageous
