Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Functional Analyst: Clinical Systems to join our Digital and Technology team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing functional support for our business-critical clinical systems, collaborating with end-users, vendors, and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with configuration and refinement of system functionality to align with revised business processes.
  • Liaise with Subject Matter Experts, technical teams, and vendors to resolve functional queries and support delivery outcomes.
  • Provide input into new system features and how they can be embedded to improve our system functionality.
  • Translate functional changes into meaningful guidance for end-users.
  • Support the peer review of all changes and follow best practice guidelines to implement changes.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience implementing and supporting clinical or other business systems.
  • Proficient in supporting clinical systems SQL databases and industry-standard messaging technologies.
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, System Administration, or a closely related field, or equivalent experience.
