Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior NSW Retail Operations Manager to lead the operations of our Elka Collective stores across NSW, ensuring consistency and excellence in every aspect.

About the Role:

  • Lead daily operations at the Bondi Boutique, driving sales performance through effective team management, visual merchandising, and customer service initiatives.
  • Develop and mentor store managers and retail teams, fostering a positive and motivated working culture.
  • Closely monitor store sales performance, acknowledging outstanding results and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Ensure execution in-store meets exceptional standards across the state.
  • Monitor KPIs and provide regular performance feedback to store managers, implementing strategies to improve sales, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in retail management, with a proven track record of managing multiple stores or locations.
  • Strong leadership skills, inspiring and motivating diverse teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building relationships across teams and with customers.
  • Passionate about fashion, with a deep understanding of current trends and the Elka Collective brand.
  • Proven ability to drive sales and exceed KPIs in a retail environment.

Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
