Job Description

This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage technical expertise and project management skills in a dynamic services environment.

The ideal candidate will possess relevant trade or other related tertiary qualifications with proven experience in a similar capacity as a Project Coordinator or Project Manager.

The Opportunity

As an Electrical Projects Coordinator, you will support a variety of electrical and related projects and deliver customer solutions across markets that are calling for our expertise.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to support the execution of diverse technical projects, including Project Managers, Service Delivery Managers, Service Representatives, Planners, Contractors and other site-specific stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to support the execution of diverse technical projects.
  • Liaise with customers to understand technical requirements and provide specialist guidance on our portfolio of product solutions and service offerings.
  • Manage project documentation, including scopes of work, schedules, risk assessments, reporting and other internal process or compliance requirements.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues and implement corrective actions to maintain timelines and deliver customer solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Relevant trade or other related tertiary qualifications.
  • Intermediate IT skills, proven in the use of project management tools and other digital platforms.
  • Proven background in coordinating technical projects, ideally within a large-scale organisation.
