Expertise in structural engineering is a cornerstone of our infrastructure projects. As a Senior Structural Engineer, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for developing sustainable water solutions.

We are committed to delivering critical water infrastructure projects that meet the highest standards. Your role will involve working with specialists nationally and internationally to develop feasible studies, designs, constructions, and asset management strategies for dams.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Structural analysis and review of concrete dams, spillways, and associated structures.
  • Conceptual to detailed design of dams and structural components of dams.
  • Inspection, investigation, and condition assessment of existing dams.
  • Construction support services including inspection of works, evaluation of quality control and assurance data, and construction reporting.
  • Preparation of tenders and proposals & provision of mentorship.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Demonstrated capability in structural design, including preparation of design reports, design drawings, and specifications, ideally within the dam industry.
  • A positive attitude, seeing challenges as opportunities to innovate, collaborate, and grow.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Nurturing relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and the local industry.
  • A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or a related discipline (essential).
