As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in transforming data into actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver innovative data solutions to drive performance improvement and enhance reporting capabilities.
  • Create data models and visualisations that enable self-service and unlock business value.
  • Pursue automation and continuous improvement across reporting and analytics.
  • Maintain data integrity within a robust control framework.
  • Collaborate closely with Finance to develop solutions supporting the future operating model.
  • Elevate data literacy and technical expertise across the wider Finance team.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in data analysis, performance reporting, or finance transformation projects.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and DAX (Tableau knowledge advantageous).
  • Experience working in financial services or within finance teams.
  • Able to design user-friendly dashboards and data-driven solutions.
  • Business acumen – comfortable with financial modelling, benefits analysis, and performance insights.
  • Degree in IT, Data Analytics, Finance, or related field (CA/CPA qualifications desirable).
