This role requires a strong ability to communicate complex processes into clear, user-friendly documentation. The Documentation Specialist will be responsible for creating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), technical manuals, and work instructions that meet regulatory standards.
The ideal candidate will have experience in technical writing and the ability to interpret technical diagrams. They must also possess excellent written English skills, with attention to detail. A certificate in Training & Assessment is desirable but not essential.
We are looking for a highly organized communicator who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and simplify technical information for various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Create clear and concise documentation that meets regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture best practices and maintain document version control
- Develop visual aids such as process flows and schematics to support understanding
- Partner with People & Culture to support onboarding and training delivery through quality documentation
- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Science, Communications, or a related field
- Experience in technical writing, ideally within manufacturing or regulated environments
- Proven ability to translate complex processes into clear, readable documentation
- Excellent written English skills with attention to detail
