Production Training Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Production Training Specialist to develop and educate production staff, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures at all times.

  • Evaluate and implement standard training protocols.
  • Maintain a minimum of 95% weekly training contact time.
  • Adhere to the weekly training schedule developed by the Training Manager.
  • Ensure new trainees sign relevant documents.
  • Support PPE and BEC requirements for new starters on their first day.
  • Monitor new starter progress and gather feedback from trainers and supervisors.
  • Implement feedback provided by the Training Manager to ensure development.
  • Attend and actively participate in weekly Training Meetings.
