Food Production Supervisor

\

We are seeking an experienced Food Production Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring high-quality products, and meeting weekly quotas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • \
  • Supervise a team in the production of bakery goods, including unpacking stock & deliveries, preparing ingredients, mix preparation, pre-bake dressing, pre-packaging storage of bakery goods, and operating baking machines.\
  • Maintain quality levels and consistency of product range.\
  • Meet weekly production targets as set by management.\
  • Ensure work is conducted in accordance with WHS, GMP, and HACCP regulations.\
  • Complete HACCP documentation & Quality Control as required.\
  • Provide backup duties for the Shift Manager when required.\

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years experience in food manufacturing.\
  • Demonstrated experience in leading a team.\
  • Motivated self-starter who places a high standard on quality.\
  • Ability to work in a high-performing manufacturing environment.\
  • Excellent and professional communication skills – verbal & written.\
  • Must have full Australian working rights.\
