Job Opportunity: Food and Beverage Supervisor

This role is an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic team in delivering exceptional service to our guests. As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that every guest experience exceeds their expectations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of food and beverage professionals to deliver exceptional service to guests.
  • Ensure that all operational tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Manage inventory and supplies to maintain a clean and well-stocked environment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role in the food and beverage industry.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Relevant certifications or qualifications (e.g. RSA).
  • Availability to work nights and weekends.
