Beverage Operations Manager: Leadership Role

The Beverage Operations Manager is the driving force behind our beverage vision, overseeing all aspects of beverage operations to ensure world-class standards of service, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
This role requires exceptional leadership skills, a passion for developing people, and a strong commercial acumen.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum three years' experience in a senior beverage management role within luxury hotels, lifestyle venues, or high-end hospitality.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and inspire a high-performing beverage team.
- Oversee all beverage operations across venues and events.
- Curate innovative beverage menus from signature cocktails to premium wine lists.
- Manage supplier partnerships, stock control, and cost of goods.
- Drive profitability through effective pricing, forecasting, and cost management.
- Deliver training programs to ensure excellence in product knowledge and service.
- Maintain compliance with licensing, health, and safety standards.
- Elevate the guest experience with creative, memorable, and engaging beverage offerings.
- Minimum three years' experience in a senior beverage management role.
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for developing people.
- Exceptional knowledge of wines, spirits, cocktails, and emerging trends.
- Strong commercial acumen and experience managing budgets and supplier negotiations.
- Creative flair, with the ability to design and execute innovative beverage concepts.
