Service Delivery Expert

This role is ideal for an individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring smooth service delivery. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the Customer Solutions Manager to develop and implement strategies that meet customer needs.
Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design new services that cater to customer demand.
- Ensure effective utilisation of our installation portal by store teams and resolve any unplanned outages to minimise disruption.
- Monitor key performance indicators, including cancellations, customer reviews, and contractor compliance, and take remedial action as needed.
- Work with relevant teams to provide input and expertise into the development of service processes, training, and communications.
- Ensure timely resolution of escalated customer complaints.
- Onboard new installers to our portal, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements.
- Communicate systems issues to suppliers and ensure corrective action is taken.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Customer-facing experience or related field.
- Trade services experience is beneficial.
