Job Title: Service Delivery Expert
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our organization as a Service Delivery Expert. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with suppliers, and maintaining a high-performing sales/display area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent customer service experience consistently
- Bilateral liaise with suppliers to meet customer needs effectively
- Maintain a professional sales/display area that meets business standards
- Generate accurate sales and purchase orders to satisfy customer and business requirements
- Collaborate with team members on administration, sales, and marketing activities to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
- Demonstrated team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Proficient in computer applications relevant to the job
- Excellent attitude with a customer-centric approach
- Awareness of customer importance in driving business growth
Favorable Experience:
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- At least 1 year of counter sales experience
Favorable Qualifications:
- Holding a valid forklift license is desirable
