We are looking for three skilled professionals to join our dynamic team as a Service Delivery Expert.

The successful applicants will be based in our Victorian offices and can work from either Sunshine or Ararat.

About the Role:

This is a permanent, full-time position with a focus on human rights and quality service provision. As a Service Delivery Expert, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of quality clinical support services to our participants, their families, and advocates.

You will achieve this through providing support, expertise, and advice to our operational teams. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Recommending appropriate clinical services.
  • Developing and delivering training programs.
  • Working with participants and support teams to develop and implement clinical interventions according to participant needs.
  • Collaborating with practical development and operations to research, evaluate, and improve the provision of direct services.

This role requires an individual with excellent organizational and time management skills, the ability to self-motivate, and deliver results. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A degree qualification relevant to the industry.
  • Industry experience within a similar role.
  • Demonstrated specialist knowledge and capability in the disability sector.
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
  • A current unrestricted driver's license.
  • The ability to travel to provide support as required.
