Leadership Opportunity

The Organisation offers a chance to lead and mentor a team of therapists, working collaboratively with Directors and Practice Manager. This role involves supporting a team of paediatric therapists while maintaining a small caseload.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Allied Health Practitioner with more than 8 years experience. You will be required to take on a leadership role that motivates and inspires your team daily, overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring clinical and procedural excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload effectively and ethically, conducting comprehensive assessments of clients whilst fostering a multidisciplinary approach in treating clients by working with educators, and other allied health professionals to achieve best outcomes for clients and their families.
  • Cultivate a collaborative and dynamic workplace where sharing insights and best practices is second nature, approaching conflict resolution with positivity and creating an environment where every team member feels supported, valued, and energised.
  • Lead and develop exciting training sessions, workshops, and seminars that highlight the latest advancements in speech pathology and allied health, identifying unique strengths and areas for development, creating personalised growth plans for each of your team members.
  • Be involved in decision-making processes and bring innovative ideas to the table, collaborating with the leadership team to set long-term goals and create actionable plans to achieve them, identify opportunities for growth and expansion, such as new service offerings, outreach programs, and partnerships with other healthcare providers.
