Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide strategic leadership to clinical and operational teams.

  3. Lead, mentor, and empower a team of allied health professionals.
  4. Identify and execute opportunities for growth and service expansion.
  5. Oversee budgets, KPIs, workforce planning, and organisational performance.

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership experience in a senior role within the Allied Health sector.
  • Strong understanding of clinical governance, regulatory frameworks, and quality standards.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multi-site teams and operational complexity.
  • Excellent communication, people management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate vision into practical outcomes.

What You'll Bring:

  • Tertiary qualification in an allied health discipline (Psych, OT, SP, Physio) or relevant.
