About the Role

This position will play a vital role in the further development of our Residential Valuation offering. On a day-to-day basis, you will be involved in property inspections, research and preparation of property sales and data, and report preparation in accordance with relevant legislation and professional association standards.

Key Responsibilities

The key responsibility areas around operational focus with maintaining positive and productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You will work with our best-in-market proprietary property software and systems, enabling our valuers to minimise their time in the field while maximising reporting data capture.

About You

We are seeking a flexible API registered Property Valuer, with established RPV or newly acquired CPV Residential Valuation skills. You have a strong client network and commitment to professional development, together with:

  • • Degree in Business (Property) or equivalent qualifications
  • • Must be API registered
  • • CPV status or RPV
  • • Strong attention to detail, report writing and analytical skills
  • • Excellent customer service and stakeholder communication
