Job Overview:


We are seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join our team in Neutral Bay, NSW. As a key member of our Conveyancing department, you will be responsible for autonomously completing conveyancing matters from initial engagement to settlement through PEXA.



About The Role

  • Manage conveyancing workflows and priorities
  • Engage new clients and verify their identity
  • Report on conveyancing matters and suggest improvements to processes, precedents, and costings
  • Lead a team to assist the conveyancing process as required


About You

  • You have 2+ years of experience as a Conveyancer in NSW
  • You hold a Bachelor of Laws or Conveyancing certificate
  • You have proficiency in PEXA and/or Smokeball
