About The Opportunity

The primary purpose of this position is to autonomously complete conveyancing matters from initial engagement to settlement through PEXA.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Managing conveyancing workflows and priorities.
• Engaging new clients and meeting and verifying their identity.
• Reporting on conveyancing matters and considering improvements to processes, precedents, costings and implementation of new software programs.
• Managing additional staff to assist the conveyancing process as required.

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• 2+ years as a conveyancer in NSW.
• Bachelor of Laws or Conveyancing certificate.
• Proficiency in PEXA and/or Smokeball.

You will also have:

• Great time management and prioritising skills.
• Professional communications skills.
• An energetic and optimistic attitude.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a calm manner.
