We are seeking an experienced Senior Veterinary Clinical Lead to join our team at Greencross Vets Warners Bay. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the clinical direction and vision of our practice.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a senior veterinarian with a proven track record of leadership and clinical expertise to join our team as a Senior Veterinary Clinical Lead.

You will be responsible for providing clinical guidance and support to our veterinarians and nurses, ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care.

Your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality patient care, while also mentoring and developing our junior staff members.

This is a full-time position, working 4-5 days per week, with a balanced roster that allows for a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical guidance and support to veterinarians and nurses
  • Mentor and develop junior staff members
  • Collaborate with the practice management team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training
Requirements
  • Advanced degree in veterinary medicine from a recognized institution
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proven track record of leadership and clinical expertise
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and training
