Accounting Manager Position">

We are seeking a skilled Accounting Manager to oversee the day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting for our organization.

  • Develop and implement effective accounting processes to ensure accurate and timely financial records.
  • Maintain control over multiple entities, including property-level and corporate accounting, by processing financial transactions, preparing reports, and analyzing account activity.
  • Prepare detailed financial statements, such as monthly, quarterly, and annual financials, and present results to stakeholders.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to senior management on financial matters, providing insightful analysis and recommendations to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, improve operational efficiency, and enhance overall performance.

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field;
  • Professional certification (e.g., CPA) preferred but not required;
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in real estate accounting, preferably in a private equity context;
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP standards and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Yardi, AppFolio);
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills;
  • Able to manage competing priorities, deadlines, and budgets.
