- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding monthly reporting and inquiries.

- Evaluate and enhance internal procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Contribute to the onboarding process for new clients and the launch of new funds.
- Analyze and improve accounting workflows to increase NAV production efficiency.
- Maintain accurate internal reporting.
- Collaborate on strategic departmental and company-wide initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
- CPA and Master's degree are highly desirable but not mandatory.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Fund Accounting.
- Strong background in financial services, particularly with hedge funds, private equity, or investment firms.
