Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Finance Professional to assume the role of Financial Reporting Expert and contribute their expertise in guiding our financial operations.



Responsibilities
  • Lead month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries and reconciliations, ensuring timely completion and accuracy.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements according to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), identifying key trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to effectively manage inventory accounting and cost analysis.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis initiatives to optimize business performance.
  • Assist with internal and external audits, guaranteeing compliance and readiness by implementing best practices.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation, proposing innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Mentor junior accounting staff and foster a culture of continuous learning and collaboration within the team.
  • Cultivate strong working relationships with cross-functional departments, such as supply chain, production, and finance.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is highly desirable.
  • At least 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing environment, with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Thorough understanding of cost accounting principles, inventory valuation methods, and financial reporting frameworks.
  • Proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and Microsoft Excel, with advanced skills in data analysis and visualization.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to staying up-to-date with industry developments.
