We are seeking a highly organized Financial Operations Specialist to join our team.

This dynamic role offers the opportunity to play a critical part in supporting financial activities across various departments.

You'll be part of our high-performing operations team, helping drive efficiency and accuracy in all aspects of financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate daily financial reporting across multiple accounts and transactions
  • Process and track capital calls and distributions across various investment funds
  • Monitor financial levels and advise senior management on financial needs
  • Execute high-priority financial transactions accurately and on time
  • Complete callbacks for new financial instructions and validate documentation
  • Support tax payments and other ad hoc transactions
  • Prepare daily and weekly reports on financial positions
  • Assist with keeping financial documentation up to date
  • Liaise with banks and counterparties to submit and track financial transfers
  • Handle time-sensitive, ad hoc requests related to financial management and internal reporting
Requirements:
  • Detailed-oriented, conscientious, and energetic professional with the ability to think creatively
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; able to meet deadlines and prioritize effectively
  • Ability to read and interpret complex legal documents
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization and with external partners
  • Dedicated team player with a high degree of ownership and follow-through
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with data tools like Power BI is a plus
