About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Powerline Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our project management group, you will play a crucial role in efficiently planning and coordinating powerline projects.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating with stakeholders, including landowners, councils, and government authorities, to secure permits and authorisations;
  • Preparing comprehensive job packs covering priorities, safety requirements, materials, and client details;
  • Collaborating with program managers to maintain quality, schedule audits, and assess performance metrics effectively;
  • Maintaining real-time monitoring systems to make agile decisions and resolve issues promptly;

You will work closely with our project team to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of powerline project management methodologies;
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
  • Proficiency in real-time monitoring systems;
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines;
  • A high level of organisation and prioritisation skills;

You will also need to have a strong attention to detail and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
