We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate PASDS Practitioner to join our team at Anglicare Victoria. As a key member of our Parenting Assessment and Skill Development Service, you will work with families across the Loddon catchment to provide independent, specialised assessments and reports on the health, development, safety, and wellbeing of vulnerable infants and young children.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive in-home or day-stay assessments to observe the strengths, skills, and abilities of parents and caregivers.
- Develop and implement skill development services to assist parents in safely caring for and nurturing their children.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including Child Protection, Children's Court, and case managers, to ensure the best possible outcomes for infants and families.
- Work in genuine partnership with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families and communities to strengthen outcomes and promote connection to culture.
- A salary at SCHCADS level 6.
- A full-time permanent position located at our Bendigo office.
- A salary package of around $102,000, depending on experience.
- Salary packaging options to increase take-home pay.
