
Vendor Partnership Manager

We are seeking a professional with exceptional relationship management skills to join our team as a Vendor Partnership Manager.
About the RoleThis role is responsible for developing and maintaining strong partnerships with vendors across various business units.
You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategic solutions.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining effective vendor relationships through regular communication, issue resolution, and performance monitoring.
- Defining and implementing strategies to optimize vendor engagement, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks associated with vendor relationships.
- Developing and managing vendor contracts, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in relationship management, preferably in a vendor-facing role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex issues effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrable experience in contract management and negotiation.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. They will also have a strong understanding of business operations and be able to think strategically.
