Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver an end-to-end service for consumers, from application assessment to fulfilment.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and brokers to workshop applications and provide decision outcomes.
  • Assess residential home loan applications within credit risk appetite and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage a pipeline of applications, working closely with the Customer Services team to ensure seamless journeys.
  • Maintain all risk and compliance standards, ensuring a high level of accuracy in data entry.
  • Support colleagues and contribute to team performance, demonstrating positivity, energy, and flexibility.
  • Liaise with clients professionally, providing regular updates on application progress.
