Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated property management professional to lead the estates function. The successful candidate will have overall responsibility for buildings and grounds maintenance, new build refurbishments and alterations, environmental and energy management, external suppliers, and consultants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain effective management systems to ensure consistent high performance in areas of customer service, health and safety, quality, and financial management.
  • Embed excellent customer service into all aspects of service delivery within estates.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to identify and address estate-related issues.
  • Manage external contractors and suppliers to deliver high-quality services.
  • Monitor and report on estate performance metrics.
