As a Reliability Engineering Leader, you will drive optimal plant performance by implementing core asset management strategies, leading defect elimination initiatives, and identifying targeted improvement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-depth technical analysis of downtime events, work management practices, and operational performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop business cases for improvement initiatives and cost-reduction opportunities, providing data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Create and maintain advanced dashboards and reporting tools in Power BI, integrating data from multiple sources such as Snowflake.
  • Act as the Defect Elimination Champion — verify investigation quality, guide reporting practices, and identify systemic improvement opportunities.
  • Offer high-level technical guidance to engineering teams, driving strategic alignment and ensuring the adoption of industry best practices within condition monitoring and lubrication.
  • Lead or contribute to major reliability projects, including strategy creation, updates, and document development.
  • Drive the adoption of AI tools to improve effectiveness and automate reliability processes, freeing up engineers to focus on value-added activities.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • A strong technical background, with a minimum 5 years' experience in a related field, coupled with hands-on field and practical experience.
  • Formal training and proven track record in Root Cause Analysis, delivering high-quality investigations that identify root causes and recommend solutions.
  • Ability to interrogate large datasets to identify performance gaps, trends, and improvement opportunities, using data analysis techniques to inform decision-making.
  • Proficiency in building dashboards from scratch, integrating multiple data sources, and creating visualizations to communicate complex data insights.
  • Hands-on experience with Vibration Analysis (VCAT II), interpretation, and diagnosis, with a solid working knowledge of Oil Analysis.
  • Experience in identifying, prioritizing, and executing improvement initiatives that deliver measurable results, with a focus on process improvement and efficiency gains.
