Operate and Maintain Complex Equipment

As a key member of our global team, you will play a vital role in the efficient operation of our ore processing facility. Your responsibilities will include maintaining plant and equipment to ensure smooth production.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain plant and equipment to prevent downtime and optimise performance.
  • Follow standard work procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Conduct daily inspections to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
  • Provide clear handovers to colleagues and maintain accurate records.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant efficiency.
  • Identify and resolve hazards in the work environment in a timely manner.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Australian recognised trade certificate is essential.
  • Previous experience operating large scale wet or dry processing plants, preferably in a mining environment, is highly desirable.
  • You must be able to assess risks and apply controls with a strong emphasis on safety.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to effectively interact with colleagues.
  • A current C Class drivers licence is necessary for the role.
