Job Title: Supply Chain Operations Manager

A successful Supply Chain Operations Manager is required to oversee the effective management of inventory, order fulfilment and client deliveries across Southeast Queensland.

  • Pick, pack and check customer orders accurately ensuring 100% compliance with quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean, safe and organised warehouse environment adhering to occupational health and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate with decorators to manage deadlines and arrange job deliveries/collections in accordance with client requirements.
  • Perform regular stock takes and update inventory systems to ensure accurate tracking of stock levels.
  • Deliver and collect jobs across Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast and Toowoomba ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Conduct quality control checks on incoming stock to prevent defective products from entering the supply chain.
  • Prioritise orders based on client deadlines, transit times and event schedules to meet customer expectations.
  • Support sales and production teams with post-sale order issues to resolve customer complaints efficiently.
  • Keep internal systems updated with current order status to maintain transparency and accountability throughout the supply chain.
  • Book freight services based on cost, reliability and delivery timeframes to achieve optimal logistics outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail to ensure seamless coordination between teams.
  • Experience improving warehouse processes and efficiencies to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
  • Familiarity with local and international freight systems to navigate complex logistical challenges.
  • Understanding of safe manual handling and warehouse safety practices to protect employees and prevent injuries.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines to maintain competitiveness.
  • Physically fit (able to lift moderate to heavy cartons) to perform duties safely and effectively.
  • Comfortable working independently or as part of a team to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
  • Competent with Excel, Outlook, CRM and eCommerce platforms to leverage technology for process improvements.
