Supply Chain Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly capable and safety-focused leader to manage national warehousing and distribution operations across three manufacturing sites. This role requires ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient movement of regulated blasting materials to customer sites across Australia.
About the Role:This position is responsible for leading warehouse and distribution operations, overseeing receipt, storage, and dispatch of raw materials and finished goods, maintaining compliance with legislation and regulations governing explosive materials transport and storage, and ensuring operational discipline across supply chain networks.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead warehouse and distribution operations across multiple sites.
- Manage receipt, storage, and dispatch of raw materials and finished goods.
- Maintain regulatory compliance for hazardous goods transport and storage.
- Ensure operational efficiency across supply chain networks.
- Support contract management and continuous improvement initiatives.
- A strong commitment to safety-first mindset with experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution management.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing large teams.
- Understanding of compliance and safety requirements for hazardous goods transport and storage.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills with collaborative stakeholder engagement.
- Experience with ERP systems and logistics software.
