About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, providing comprehensive support, and guiding them through the sales process. You will also manage quoting, ordering stock, and key stakeholder relationships efficiently. In addition, you will utilize cold and warm calling for prospecting and lead generation, maintain thorough CRM records, and collaborate closely with team members, suppliers, and customers for seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong customer relationships and provide comprehensive support
  • Efficiently manage quoting, ordering stock, and key stakeholder relationships
  • Utilize cold and warm calling for prospecting and lead generation
  • Maintain thorough CRM records and enhance pipeline visibility
  • Collaborate closely with team members, suppliers, and customers for seamless operations
  • Excel in email communication and engage clients and stakeholders regularly
  • Work autonomously while meeting business KPIs
  • Develop accurate sales forecasts for strategic insights

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Effective communication skills, including phone and email communication
  • Problem-solving and initiative skills, embracing feedback and taking calculated risks
  • Salesforce CRM mastery, proficiently using Salesforce for leads, opportunities, and relationships
  • Strong analytical skills, interpreting data and trends for informed decision-making
  • Microsoft 365 proficiency, utilizing Excel, Word, and more for productivity and collaboration
  • Cold calling proficiency, with experience in cold calling and/or call centre roles advantageous
  • JB Hi-Fi retail experience or similar brand exposure advantageous
  • Industry experience, particularly in sales and industry-related fields
  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator experience, with prior experience advantageous

Estimated Salary Range

$60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and performance.
