This role presents a unique opportunity to collaborate with seniors, providing specialist mental health care and ensuring they remain engaged within their communities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver high-quality nursing and mental health services to seniors with mental illness
- Work collaboratively to prevent unnecessary hospital admissions
- Serve as a liaison to telepsychiatry services
- Lead clinical practice and mentor junior staff
- Contribute to the development and refinement of care pathways

**Essential Criteria**

All applicants must have:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and clinical documentation skills
- A commitment to delivering high-quality care and ongoing professional growth

Clinical Nurse (RN/M2C) Classification:

- Registered Nurse with a postgraduate qualification in Mental Health and at least 3 years' post-registration experience.

Social Worker or Occupational Therapist (AHP2) Classification:

- Relevant qualification and professional registration, with experience in mental health clinical practice.
