Commercial Litigation Lawyer Position

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Litigation Lawyer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in acting for international and Australian clients in commercial disputes, including corporations and shareholder, contractual, Australian Consumer Law, and contested intellectual property matters.

Job Description

This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of matters across multiple jurisdictions, with a well-balanced workload and flexible working arrangements. You will be part of a collegiate team, working on top-tier matters for a national client base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Acting for international and Australian clients in commercial disputes
  • Undertaking a mix of corporate, shareholder, contractual, Australian Consumer Law, and contested intellectual property matters
  • Working on large and medium-scale litigation cases across various industries
Requirements
  • Associate or Senior Associate level experience in commercial litigation
  • Strong skills in contract law, torts, and equitable remedies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
