">We are looking for a dedicated Career Advancement Consultant to join our team, promoting and delivering professional development programs through AdSchool, AWARD, and IPA brands.
">This role involves engaging with member agencies, focusing on promoting courses and maintaining ongoing communication with participants, potential participants, facilitators, speakers, and tutors. Strong relationship-building skills will be crucial to the success of our programs.
">The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in supporting professional development initiatives, including organizing impactful events. Experience in creating an engaging environment that promotes growth and learning will be highly valued.
">In this dynamic role, you will work closely with the Professional Development Manager to boost engagement and registrations for ACA's PD program. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with PDM to conduct program reviews/development, overhauling programs, and confirming facilitator/speaker/tutor/participant resources.
">You will also assist with streamlining PD tools (Learn Portal/Content Hub) and scoping/rolling out new technologies (LMS). Providing internal administration for ACA programs, promoting and selling courses to leads, members, and non-members will be essential duties.
">Additionally, you will support State Managers in weekly updates, coordinate sales efforts through calls, emails, and chasing payments, and manage the AWARD School submission, judging, and gallery platform from start to finish.
">A minimum 5 years of experience working in training, event, and project management roles is required. You should possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and natural customer service focus. Ability to juggle multiple tasks and work to deadlines will be vital in this role.
">A competitive salary of AU$70,000 - AU$90,000 per annum, depending on experience, will be offered. We also provide opportunities for career advancement and professional growth within a dynamic and supportive team.
