About the Position
This role involves executing the 180-degree recruitment process, followed by transitioning into 360-degree recruitment when ready. This includes liaising with current candidates and clients, as well as building new industry relationships.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage candidate and client portfolios
- Business development and growth
- Attend meetings with candidates and clients
- Interview and shortlist suitable candidates
- Negotiation of placements
- Posting job advertisements
- Finalizing successful placements
Requirements
- Previous experience in recruitment is advantageous but not necessary
- A passion for sales and drive to constantly develop
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
