As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the successful implementation of our software solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary liaison between Cority and clients, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration throughout the implementation process.
- Validate client satisfaction with Cority-provided software and services, and work closely with the lead consultant to address any concerns or issues.
- Follow Cority's Implementation Methodology (CIM) for all customer implementations, and establish a project plan with the client and Cority PM to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
- Guide and train clients on the configuration of Cority software to meet their business requirements, and provide recommendations on how to align their business practices with standard Cority software functionality.
- Develop and conduct standard and client-tailored training sessions for end-users, as well as train-the-trainer programs.
- A graduate degree in occupational health and safety, industrial hygiene, occupational health, business administration, or computer science, or a related field with equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of software implementation experience, preferably in the field of safety, medical, environmental, or industrial hygiene.
- Professional designations such as CIH, CSP, CSRP, or COHN are highly valued.
- Strong knowledge of system implementation life cycles and project management methodologies.
