Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Configuration Asset Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our asset management department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our configuration database.

The successful candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, updating and maintaining software and hardware configuration items, and analyzing data to inform decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain relationship mapping for all configuration items within the CMDB
  • Work with stakeholders to update and maintain software and hardware configuration items
  • Analyze data using statistical techniques to inform decision-making
  • Maintain databases for commissioning, decommissioning, and non-conforming assets
Requirements
  • Tertiary education in a relevant business or IT discipline
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in services asset and configurations
  • Proven ability to analyze data using statistical techniques and provide reports
