Senior Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to join our Legal, Governance & Regulatory team. As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in driving business strategy and performance.

The successful candidate will have proven experience leading programs and projects, driving organisational change and developing process improvement initiatives. They will also have a deep understanding of legal processes, technology and industry best practices.

  • Partner with senior executives to develop and execute business strategy and performance plans.
  • Support the General Counsel in delivering strategic initiatives, including governance, process and technology enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain reporting and metrics to measure progress against business plans, risk controls and resourcing strategies.
  • Drive the implementation and embedding of strategic priorities and annual objectives aligned to overall business strategy.

Your background should include:

  • Degree preferably in Business, Finance, Information Technology, Law or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
  • Proven experience leading complex legal operations projects and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in change management and transformations, preferably using LEAN or Six Sigma methods.
  • Demonstrated success in managing budgets and financial forecasts.
