Senior Lighting Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Lighting Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our commercial lighting projects, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing lighting plans from design to installation.
The successful candidate will have experience in lighting design, project documentation, and coordination. They will also possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and develop lighting plans, specifications, and proposals for retail spaces that align with project requirements and corporate vision.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including Property, Design & Planning, Shopfitting Departments, and Electrical Contractors to ensure project alignment and execution.
- Undertake lighting drafting, design, and simulation, ensuring compliance with Australian/New Zealand standards and the National Construction Code.
- Attend site meetings as required and undertake site surveys to ensure successful project delivery.
- Degree in Lighting Design, Architecture, or a related discipline.
- At least two years of experience in lighting design, project documentation, and coordination.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, AGi32/Dialux, Photometric toolbox, and other lighting design tools.
- Sound understanding of AS/NZ Lighting Standards and Building/Construction Codes.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines.
