Job Title: Lighting Project Coordinator

Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lighting Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our project coordination team, you will play a crucial role in the success of our retail stores across Australia and New Zealand.

You will work closely with our Technical Project & Development Manager to coordinate lighting projects from design to installation, ensuring that all associated documentation is maintained and up-to-date.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate commercial lighting projects:
  • Maintain documentation:
  • Prepare and develop lighting plans, specifications and proposals:
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders:
  • Undertake site meetings and surveys:

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A degree in Lighting Design, Architecture or a related discipline.
  • At least two years of experience in lighting design, project documentation, and coordination.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, AGi32/Dialux, Photometric toolbox and other lighting design tools.
  • Solid understanding of AS/NZ Lighting Standards and Building/Construction Codes.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise effectively to meet deadlines.
