Job Details

The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating lighting projects and executing requirements for a wide range of retail stores across Australia and New Zealand.

This is an excellent opportunity to grow your career in Retail Lighting design, working closely with our Technical Project & Development Manager to deliver high-quality projects.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:

  • Prepare and document lighting plans for our retail spaces that align with project requirements and the corporate vision.
  • Collaborate on commercial lighting projects from drafting and design to installation.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders - including Property, Design & Planning, Shopfitting Departments and Electrical Contractors ensuring project alignment and execution.
  • Attend site meetings as required and undertake site surveys to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Contribute to the effective progression of the team, supporting continuous development and driving process improvement.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and exposure to Revit (not essential but highly regarded).
  • Understanding of Building/Construction Codes.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, working within a small team.
  • Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Eagerness to learn and willingness to be mentored into a lighting design role.
  • Ability to think independently and solve problems, effectively meeting deadlines.
