Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sustainment Specialist to lead our team in delivering complex and impactful projects.

The successful candidate will develop and manage sustainment strategies, oversee programs and contracts, and ensure technical integrity.

  • Develop and implement sustainment plans and processes.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver project objectives.
  • Manage risks and monitor performance across multiple projects.

ResponsibilitiesTechnical Expertise
  • Oversee the development of sustainment strategies and plans.
  • Ensure technical integrity and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues.
Project Management
  • Lead and manage cross-functional project teams.
  • Develop and manage project budgets and schedules.
  • Monitor and report on project progress.
Leadership and Communication
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
