Safety Wellbeing and Environment Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a Safety Wellbeing and Environment Specialist to provide best practice support across our national operation.

About the Role

This role will involve providing SME support, consulting with senior leaders, and building partnerships to deliver value-added services aligned with our business objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Providing expert advice on safety, wellbeing, and environmental matters
  • BUILDING STRONG PARTNERSHIPS WITH KEY STAKEHOLDERS
  • Developing and implementing effective risk management strategies
  • Mentoring and coaching team members to achieve meaningful change
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A broad background across multiple industries or disciplines
  • Proven ability to work effectively with all levels of a workforce, including external stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to research and obtain information related to safety, wellbeing, and environment topics
  • Relevant certifications, including a H&S Diploma – or Degree qualifications (desirable)
