Role Description\

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Fleet Workshop Supervisor to oversee the efficient operation of our heavy vehicle workshop.

\

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of workshop technicians, ensuring high-quality servicing and repairs are delivered in a timely and safe manner.

\
  • Lead and manage a team of workshop technicians to deliver exceptional results.\
  • Maintain a safe and productive working environment by adhering to company standards and WHS policies.\
  • Monitor and drive team performance, providing clear direction and accountability.\
  • Manage workflow scheduling, parts requirements, and job allocation to ensure seamless operations.\
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to maximize fleet uptime and reduce downtime costs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coaching and mentoring team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.\
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.\
  • Developing and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders to ensure seamless communication.\
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
\Required Skills and Qualifications\

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Relevant experience in a heavy vehicle workshop environment.\
  • A Heavy Vehicle Diesel Mechanic trade qualification.\
  • HR/HC driver licence (highly regarded).\
  • Forklift Licence (highly regarded).
