The Role:

We seek a dynamic Financial Transformation Professional to drive our business forward.

This pivotal role will spearhead the implementation of cutting-edge financial systems, integrations, and digital solutions to enhance financial reporting, budgeting, and decision-making.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing finance system implementations, upgrades, and integrations, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.

You will work closely with Technology teams to integrate finance platforms with ERP, CRM, and business intelligence tools for seamless data flow.

  • Develop project roadmaps, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Implement automation of finance workflows, reducing manual effort and improving accuracy.
  • Establish and maintain financial project governance frameworks and best practices to ensure regulatory compliance.
The Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive knowledge of Financial Systems & Technology, including ERP (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics), FP&A tools, and system integrations.
  • Proven experience in Project Management & Governance, leading finance transformation projects, system rollouts, and integrations.
  • Familiarity with Automation & Digital Finance, including RPA, AI-driven financial tools, and cloud-based solutions.
  • A collaborative mindset, with excellent Stakeholder Management skills, enabling you to work effectively with Technology, Finance, and Business teams.
