Operations Manager

The role of Operations Manager is pivotal in ensuring the smooth functioning of our operations team. As a key leader, you will oversee productivity, quality, and performance, maintaining high standards of operational excellence.

  • Manage daily operations to meet service and quality Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Closely monitor Work In Progress (WIP) to maintain consistent service delivery.
  • Resolve customer complaints through thorough root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Monitor expenses to ensure they remain within budgetary limits.
  • Foster a culture of ownership and accountability.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and performance.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and training efforts.

  • Strong leadership skills with proven ability to lead and motivate teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong planning skills.
  • Hands-on experience in production or operations environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
